Newborn Program Membership Rates:

   The Newborn Program is a 3-month package for families who want the convenience and benefits of in-home newborn care for their baby.  With this pre-paid package, families can relax knowing that they have 24/7 access to their pediatrician via phone or text during the initial few months after bringing your baby home.  In addition, well visits and weight checks for the first 6 weeks are done the comfort of your own home.  Drs. Nash and Borden bring all that they need to you!

     To obtain your application for membership, call the office to schedule a "Meet and Greet" appointment.  A brief informational interview will be conducted prior to being sent membership materials.  Your membership place is not secured until your completed application has been received and accepted.  As the number of spaces is limited, applications received after all spaces are filled will be placed on a waiting list in order of receipt and your payment will be returned.
