Click on the link below for the appropriate league (or on the 1-to-1 Pediatrics logo for athletes not affiliated with one of the other organizations).  After paying, you will be emailed a link with instructions for how to complete your athelete's test.  After completion, Dr. Nash will review all scores to ensure that the testing results are valid.  In the case that test results are not valid, you will be contacted to have your athlete repeat the test at no additional charge.  Approximately 10% of all tests are flagged for various reasons to be repeated.
